At Therma-Tru Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home entryway and hardware selections. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Return Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small restocking fee may apply to large door components.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, screws, and installation guides are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
